Against All Logic is a Pseudonym of Nicholas Jarr an experimental electronic and ambient music producer. Unlike the more compositionally dense music he released on his two studio records under his own name the music of Against All Logic, which debuted in 2018, is much more house oriented. The record received universal critical acclaim and seemed like it would be a one off project until Jarr anounced this new EP, followed by a new record the very next weekend both under the Against All Logic name. Review By Lavender: I enjoyed Nicholas Jarr's debut record Space Is Only Noise  but I wasn't quite as blown away by it as a lot of other electronic music fans. I was even less enthralled with 2016's Sirens  and caught some minor heat from fans when I left it off of my Top 100 Albums list of that year.
