Sorry about this one. These albums have nothing to do with each other aside from being released recently and I recommend you listen to all of them. They just came out in a time where I was busy with other work and about to go on a week vacation. So to apologize I'm going to review as much as I can over the next two weeks leading into my year end lists starting with this. After dropping one of the best abstract hip hop projects of 2020 he kicked 2021 off with a much more indulgent and compositionally abstract record that I was lukewarm on. R.A.P Ferreira is the rapper persona of Rory Allen Phillip Ferreira formerly Milo who just last year introduced his new moniker with a critically acclaimed record Purple Moonlight Pages . Bob's Son  showed up on the first day of 2021 and features Rory on both vocals and production across the record. As a show of his innovation and creativity the album dropped alongside a virtual reality cafe where users could sit and listen to it.  Review By Lav: Rory really impressed me with last years Purple Moonlight Pages  not only proving to be a creative and innovative rapper but one that also clearly had a lot to say. I was surprised the turnaround into this record was so quick but given its short length and rough around the edges production style it feels like a spur of the moment type release. R.A.P Ferreira: is the new moniker for rapper Rory Allen Philip Ferreira who first made a name for himself under the Milo name particularly with 2015's critically acclaimed album So The Flies Don't Come .  Review By Lavender: I missed this record when it first came out way back in March of this year and that's on me. Despite the fact that I'm a big fan of Milo's So The Flies Don't Come  I hadn't kept up with him as closely as some others and didn't even know about this project until after it was already out. But after some strong recommendations and critical acclaim I finally got around to checking the album out and I'm very glad I did.
